Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time if utilizing the steam therapy or 15 minutes prior to your appointment time if not utilizing the steam therapy. This allows time to relax and enjoy our amenities. Locker and shower facilities are available for your convenience when adding steam therapy to enhance your experience.
Appointments & Cancellations
A Credit Card or Debit Card is necessary for reserving all appointments. Should a cancellation or date change of spa services be necessary, we kindly request your consideration of our minimum 48-hour cancellation notice. Your consideration and advance notice will allow you to avoid a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the service(s) value.
Our staff at Saguaro Day Spa is dedicated to exceeding your expectations and creating a memorable spa experience. Gratuities are graciously accepted for outstanding service. A gratuity may be given directly to a staff member or included with payment of service. Standard practice for gratuities for excellent service is 20%. Please note gratuities are not included with gift certificates.
Saguaro gift certificates make an ideal gift for any occasion. For your convenience gift certificates may be purchased via telephone. We request that you have a credit card ready when placing your order. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
